Recipe Healthy Pancakes

These delicious and healthy pancakes I like to make on Sunday morning, the kids love them cause they are so sweet. My youngest is a huge sweet tooth, but even for him they are sweet enough. Just a little fresh fruit as a topping and ready. Healthy and tasty doesn’t have to be hard at all and with these pancakes the blender does the most work.

Recipe Healthy Pancakes

What do you need (3 to 4 pancakes).

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 35 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • little bit of water
  • fresh fuit as topping
  • blender

Preparation.

  • Beat the egg.
  • Put the egg together with the banana, oatmeal, honey and cinnamon in the blender.
  • Blend everything into a smooth pasta.
  • Check the thickness and add some water. It needs to be a bit thicker than normal pancake batter.
  • Bake the pancakes in the pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  • Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit of your choice.
