Since this year, the professional hair care brand Noir Stockholm is also available in the Netherlands. The Swedish brand was developed by Hans Nilsson and Ellen Ericsson. Hans Nilsson is an internationally renowned editorial and celebrity hair stylist. The products fell in the prices during the Swedish Beauty Cosmetics Awards and that’s not for nothing.
