For this recipe “fried rice with chicken” you only need a few ingredients and it’s on the table in 20 minutes. The chili sauce gives this dish lots of flavor, I used a mild variant chili sauce but just use the variant you like the most.
What do you need;
- Fry Rice 400g
- 2 pieces of Chicken breast
- Peas 350g
- 1 bunch spring Onions
- 2 Eggs
- 1 red Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- Olive oil
- Chili Sauce
- Parsley (optional)
How do you make it?
Add the spring onion, red onion, garlic and chicken in a pan with a dash of olive oil.
In another pan you add the fry rice with the amount of water according to the package and cook the rice until all the water has evaporated.
Meanwhile, cook the peas according to the package.
Once the rice is baked, add the 2 eggs to the rice and fry the eggs through the rice.
Add the peas to the baked rice with the eggs.
And add the mixture with spring onion, red onion, garlic and chicken, mix together well.
Finally, add some parsley to the dish and maybe some salt. You can add the chili sauce already to the pan but it has quite a dominant flavor to the dish so I put the chili sauce on the table so everyone can decide how much he / she wants.
