Today I’ve a delicious and easy recipe for you, creamy Fettuccine with salmonFettuccine is a flat and thick pasta which is almost the same as Tagliatelle only slightly wider. What I always put in a pasta dish are an onion, some garlic and mushrooms, from that basis you can endlessly vary with your pasta and so today the pasta is with salmon, let’s take a look what I’ve used more.

Once the salmon cubes are cooked add the cream (250ml).

Creamy Fettuccine With SalmonAdd the drained Fettuccine. I didn’t add the entire 500 grams of Fettuccine because that was too much, I think there’s about 400 grams in the dish.

The drained green beans go in.

Add the Chives, not the entire 25 grams, only about half or just what you like.

Creamy Fettuccine With SalmonBecause there’s salmon in this dish I like to add some fresh lemon juice through the pasta. Finally, add some salt and pepper if necessary.

This pasta dish is really delicious and contains many healthy ingredients, if you don’t like salmon you can replace that for pieces of chicken or turkey, it’s also nice to replace the beans for zucchini pieces. Bon appetite!

What do you like to add in your pasta? Let me know XO.
