We all know some healthy chips variants that you can make yourself such as zucchini chips and apple chips, but did you know that it’s also very tasty to make spinach leaves chips? It’s very easy to make because the oven actually does all the work, my kids love it and it’s a very healthy snack. Spinach is packed with vitamins and minerals including lots of vitamin A (for a beautiful skin), these homemade chips is therefore low in calories and high in nutrients.
Healthy Spinach Chips.
- fresh spinach leaves
- crushed garlic and salt (or other herbs, what you find tasty)
- baking paper
- olive oil (not in picture)
How to make spinach chips?
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees, was the spinach thoroughly and pat the leaves dry.
Spread the spinach leaves on the baking paper, making sure that the leaves don’t overlap each other. Sprinkle some olive oil over the spinach and add the desired herbs. Put the spinach for 30 minutes in the oven to make them crispy.
After half an hour you will have delicious crispy spinach chips! Enjoy!
