I’ve written several times about the brand Alpha-H, it’s one of my favorite brands in terms of skincare. Alpha-H is specialized in exfoliating the skin, a very important part of your skin care and essential for radiant and smooth skin.

About Alpha-H:

I start with the Cleansing Cream, this facial cleanser lifts the concept of “cleaning” to a higher level. It’s a luxurious and multifunctional cream cleanser that goes a step further than just the superficial cleansing of your skin. It’s a cleaner, at home peeling and facial mask in one. A true multitasker that gently cleans your skin of dirt and sebum and also protects the skin against premature aging due to air pollution.
It contains a sophisticated combination of fruit acids in high doses.
FRUIT ACIDS Glycolic acid (7.5%), lactic acid (2%) and lime pearl extract a recently discovered fruit acid; extracted from caviar limes that grow on the Australian east coast, the skin immediately gives a slight peeling. Dead skin cells are drained, skin renewal gets a boost and the exfoliating effect helps to fade superficial lines, pigment spots and scars, and to make large pores less visible. This way you work every day on a smoother and smoother skin and a fresher complexion. With daily use, the purchase of a separate scrub is also unnecessary. Handy!
HYALURONIC ACID In addition, a good dose of hyaluronic acid has been added to this cleaner. Hyaluronic acid attracts up to a thousand times its own weight of water and ensures that it’s retained in the epidermis, which gives the skin more volume and strong hydration. A dry or taut skin after cleaning is therefore a thing of the past.
The improved hydration also balances the skin’s own fat / moisture balance, which strengthens the skin barrier and makes the skin more resistant to external influences. This helps prevent sensitive skin in the long term. Shea butter and green tea help the skin retain moisture, feed, care and support the skin barrier.
AIR POLLUTION
This smart cleanser also helps protect against premature aging caused by air pollution. Did you know that particulate matter molecules are twenty times smaller than a pore opening? Soot, hydrocarbon and exhaust fumes precipitate on the skin, penetrate the pores, affect the metabolism and barrier function of the skin and cause oxidative damage. Consequence: a pale complexion, premature wrinkles, loss of fluid and firmness and pigmentation spots.
So stripping your skin is not a luxury. Fruit acids, in particular glycolic acid, have a very small molecular structure and can penetrate into the pores where the accumulated dirt and adhered particulate matter molecules loosens and thus ensures intensive and thorough cleaning and prevention of the above-mentioned harmful effects. PEELING AND MASK
The Liquid Gold Resurfacing Cleansing Cream is free of soap and other detergents and contains no drying sulphates or foam-forming substances. This cream cleaner doesn’t foam and therefore can also be used as a home peeling or exfoliating, moisturizing facial mask. The result: a clean, hydrated, baby-soft skin and fresh, smooth, Instagram-ready complexion!
Pay attention! The fruit acids make your skin more sensitive to the sun; therefore always use this cleaner in combination with a sun protection product of at least factor 50.

LIQUID GOLD ULTIMATE PERFECTING MASK.
ALPHA-H goes for a new approach. We only work with high percentages of the ingredients most valued by dermatologists, such as glycol and lactic acid. Our product formulations with low pH then ensure that they actually penetrate the skin and reach the deeper layers of the skin. This enables our products to work at a cellular level. And that’s exactly what the new LIQUID GOLD ULTIMATE PERFECTING MASK does. It contains 15% glycolic acid and 5% lactic acid; the only 2 ingredients that penetrate into the basal cell layer (growth layer) and thus provide skin improvement from the inside out.
Both acids together form a so-called CHA Peel (combination hydroxy acids) of 20%, an exceptionally high dose for home use. With this ALPHA-H sets a new standard in at home peelings. From the age of 25 the ability of your skin to renew itself decreases. 15% GLYCOLIC ACID
Effectively reduces pale, dead and pigmented skin cells, stimulates cell renewal and collagen production, helps the skin retain moisture better and has a strong fading effect on pigment; the exfoliating action of glycolic acid causes the disintegration of accumulated pigment, while at the same time helping to decolorize the pigment. In addition, glycolic acid is an ideal transport substance due to its small molecular structure; it pulls the remaining ingredients into the mask deep into the skin; exactly where they are needed.
5% MILK ACID
Lactic acid also works exfoliating and stimulates cell renewal, but more importantly: it provides a huge boost of hyaluronic acid production in deeper skin layers. In addition, it kills microorganisms that can cause skin complaints such as fungi and yeasts and the Demodex mite that can trigger rosacea. In short, lactic acid makes the skin softer, more resilient and tolerant, making it ideal for dry, sensitive, aged and vulnerable skin with impaired barrier function. Together with ferulic acid and waltheria indica, it also ensures further pigment reduction: they inhibit the formation of tyrosinase, an enzyme that is involved in pigment production.
TAZMAN PEPPER ™
Although the name suggests otherwise, the extract of this pepper has a strong calming effect on the skin: it reduces itching and burning and counteracts redness. This effect has it already in doses of 1 to 2%. In addition, it also has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, even in very low doses. This makes it ideal for the skin that has been strongly stimulated by strong products or treatments such as (chemical) peelings; it reduces the associated inflammatory reactions such as redness, swelling and tingling. In addition, Tazman Pepper extract contains three times more antioxidants than blueberries.
RELIPIDIUM ™
A yeast extract and potent probiotic that strengthens the skin barrier by keeping the skin’s own microbiome balanced: the collection of microorganisms (including yeasts, bacteria, fungi, viruses) that live on the skin. Together with the immune system, the microbiome forms a balanced ecosystem that ensures that the skin has a good barrier function and is therefore resistant to external environmental factors. In addition, Relipidium ™ stimulates the production of skin-like fats, especially ceramides (+ 93%), which also contributes to a healthier skin barrier and better hydration.
PROVITAMINE B5
This vitamin, also called panthenol, has a very strong soothing and skin healing effect. This gives a significant improvement in various forms of skin irritation such as dryness, roughness, scaling, itching, redness, inflammation and abrasion-like spots. In addition, it’s a very good moisturizer.
FATS AND MOISTURE
Squalane, aloe vera and Fision Hydrate ™, an advanced moisturizer based on hyaluronic acid, glycerin and amino acids from wheat, improve the hydration in both the short and the long term. Mango seed butter, shea butter, grape seed and jojoba oil provide the skin with essential fatty acids, which at the same time help prevent unnecessary moisture loss from the skin; which further strengthens the skin barrier.
USE
Apply once a week to cleansed, dry skin. Avoid the eyes and lips. Tingling is common, this means that the peeling is active. Leave for a maximum of 10 minutes before removing with sufficient hot water. This product must be used in combination with a daily sun protection of at least factor 50. We don’t recommend the use of foam-forming cleaning products prior to products with a high percentage of fruit acids. Our advice: save the bubbles for your champagne!

MULTI VITAMIN SUPER CREAM.
Vitamins are essential for healthy skin. However, we don’t always eat the daily amount of fruit and vegetables required. And even if you do, your skin will hardly benefit, because only 1% of the vitamins from food or supplements reach the skin cells. As a result, the skin has a chronic vitamin deficiency. In addition, external factors such as stress, alcohol and poor sleep further deplete our vitamin levels.
AIR POLLUTION
But there’s another external factor, which is making an increasingly prominent attack on the skin: air pollution. A clinical study from 2010, conducted among 400 women, showed a direct relationship between air pollution and skin aging. A recent study from 2014 confirmed this. Rich in antioxidants, each with an additional positive effect on the skin: vitamin A inhibits the aging process and sebum production; vitamin B hydrates and strengthens the skin’s defenses; vitamin C stimulates the production of collagen and helps reduce pigmentation and scarring and vitamin E supports hydration and skin recovery. The liposome complex ensures that they can be absorbed through the skin and transported into deeper skin layers.
VITAMIN A
Anti-aging and acne. With wrinkles, loss of elasticity, rough skin, acne, (acne) scars, a pale complexion and pigmentation spots.

PATCH2O ™
A biopolymers complex based on glycerin, urea, hyaluronic acid, alginate and Pullulan; a natural, water-soluble glucan from starch, which, like alginate, has strong membrane-forming properties. Patch2O ™ creates a protective layer on the skin that prevents unnecessary moisture from evaporating from the skin. On the other hand, it’s soaked with water-binding hyaluronic acid, glycerine and urea, which penetrate into the heart of the horn layer and thus provide optimal hydration in the skin. An ex-vivo test, performed after only one application, showed that Patch2O ™ is able to provide the skin with intense and lasting hydration in 30 minutes, which can last up to 48 hours.
The silicone free formula is quickly absorbed through the skin and can be used day and night. The airtight pump dispenser provides a convenient metered dose of the cream and prevents oxidation of the vitamins in the package at the same time, thus reducing the effectiveness of the use. Conclusion.
The Liquid Gold Resurfacing Cleansing Cream is really a topper. A cleanser that feels like a soft cream that exfoliates the skin intensively. The cleanser will not foam but will feel like a very soft thick cream on the skin. After rinsing your skin feels wonderfully clean and smooth. I exfoliate my skin every day, but I can imagine that if you don’t, you will feel some tingling. By inhibiting sebum production, my combined skin benefits greatly from this cleanser. Because of the many positive properties, the cleanser is suitable for every skin type. I also like to use it as a mask in the shower.
The Liquid Gold Ultimate Perfecting Mask does tingling whether you often exfoliate your skin or not, the peeling is clearly active. The mask has a very intensive effect, but without your skin becoming red or oversensitive. Ideal for small imperfections or pimples, which get much less visible. Your skin is smooth, calm and hydrated.
The Multi Vitamin Super Cream comes from the Vitamin Profiling range, you can read more about this line here. This cream quickly absorbs into the skin and leaves no greasy film. Your skin is super hydrated, great for under your make-up.
