Gel nail polish is totally hot at the moment and rightly so because gel nail polish is sitting pretty much longer than normal nail polish. A couple of years ago gel nail polish entered the market as a complete set with a primer, base coat, nail polish, top coat in it and an UV lamp or a LED lamp so that the gel nail polish can dry and harden, Also budget brand Essence has such a kit for at home. Since February this year, Essence has a gel nail polish where you don’t need not a lamp, Essence The Gel Nail Polish, a long-lasting nail polish with a nice shine that you can remove easily with a normal nail polish remover.

The Essence Gel Nail Polish with 3 simple steps, a basecoat, nail polish (available in 46 colors) and a top coat, that’s it! The base coat and top coat are both thicker than a normal coat, especially with the top coat it’s great that this structure is slightly thicker, this creates a thicker and firm nail. The brush that comes with the colors is a pretty thick brush so you can paint your nail in one move.
The color 25 Prince Charming I immediately found a very nice color, a beautiful green color with a blue undertone, a lovely color for this summer.
This color covers in 1x and has a nice sheen. Essence gel nail polish promises 60% better lastingness, normally I’ve a chip after 1 to 2 days, this gel nail polish remained beautiful up to 3 or 4 days. For some perhaps not very long, but for my nails this is a lot, especially considering the price I think this gel polish is of good quality and is easy to use.
