Revlon 45 Days Total Color Care

I keep my colored blonde hair healthy and fresh in color with some products by Revlon Professional. From the 45 Days Total Color Care shampoo I always use the color Ice Blondes and it’s a shampoo and conditioner in one. This shampoo is available in 6 different colors, 2 for blondes, 2 for brunettes and 2 for redheads. For blondes there’s a color added to the range, Stunning Highlights.

The shampoo and conditioner Stunning Highlights is specifically to brighten up your blonde hair and highlights and to keep the color bright. Also ideal for white and / or gray hair.

Revlon 45 Days Total Color Care

The shampoo is blue / purple in color and reinforces your blonde hair color. Because I’m naturally a brunette, my hair has a lot of warmth which can make my blonde color quickly yellowish when I don’t take care of this.

Normally the use of shampoo doesn’t contribute to maintaining a beautiful dyed hair color. By building pigments this shampoo reinforces the color. Blond hair can quickly become dry and brittle, this sulfate free shampoo nourishes and moisturizes your hair while ensuring that beautiful full color.

Triple color protection.

Your colored hair can get quickly dulled by external factors such as the sun and heat. The 45 Total Color Care shampoo add shine to your hair and make your color vivid with the following protection:

  • PQ-55 forms a layer on your hair which prevents color fading.
  • Cranberry extract is a powerful antioxidant against aging of your hair.
  • Provitamin B5 restores the structure of the hair fiber.

How to use?

  • Wash your hair with the shampoo as you normally do.
  • Rinse and wash it again.
  • Leave the shampoo for 2 minutes.
  • Rinse the shampoo thoroughly.

Conclusion.

The Stunning Highlights shampoo is a pleasant variant for the Ice Blondes shampoo that I often use. It makes my hair soft, gives shine and the color stays pretty bright. Because this is a shampoo and conditioner in one, it’s advisable, if you are prone to oily hair at the roots, not to use the shampoo on your scalp. Personally I’ve no problems with this and I use it from top to bottom. When I want more volume in my hair because it’s too soft, I use dry shampoo for more body. The shampoo comes in a large bottle / tube of 275ml.

The Revlon 45 Days Total Color Care Shampoos are available at Hairandbeautyonline.com for € 9,40 (275ml).

Hello 🙂 I love your article! I have platinum blonde hair (dyed) and I was lookin for a violet shampoo. And I don’t know the difference between for these two products. For ice blondes and for stunning highlights. Which do you recommend ?

      Hi sweetie, thank you.

It really depends on how much warmth you have in your own hair color. I benefit more from the violet than the blue because the blue variant makes my hair slightly axis. I would first try the violet variant if I were you. You can also use them both like I do.

      Good luck XO.
