Too Faced is such a brand that makes you greedy right away when you see the cheerful and girly design of all their products. The brand has now a brush set with 5 different brushes, named Teddy Bear Hair Brush Set. Quite by accident I’m just looking for a new makeup brushes set, no really!! For a couple of years now I use a brush set by Zoeva, super nice brushes but I notice that the bristles of the brushes are starting to fall out here and there. So I shopped the following beauties and review them for you today.

Too Faced Teddy Bear Brush Set.

The brush set consists of 5 different brushes, Powder Brush, Contour brush, All-over shadow brush, Blender brush and Liner brush.

The brushes are made with luxury “Teddy Bear Hair” that’s identical to the soft and silky hair of real animals. The hairs are synthetic and not made of real animal hairs, so there’s no animal suffering. The brushes look very pretty with pink and gold, the tip of the Teddy Bear hairs are black. With the brushes comes a handy golden makeup bag with pink hearts and a cute teddy bear on the zipper.

From top to bottom:

1. Powder brush, the only brush in the set for your face, I like this on for powder, but for me it’s too big as a blush brush.
2. Blender brush, with this fluffy brush you can blend your eyeshadow very nice for a soft finish.
3. Liner brush, with this brush you can put a soft line above or below your eyes with eyeshadow, don’t know if this brush is suitable with a liquid eyeliner.
4. Contour brush, through the angled side of this brush makes it ideal to apply eye shadow in your crease.
5. All-over shadow brush, with this brush you apply all-over eyeshadow.

Conclusion.

According Too Faced this is a set that contains all the essential brushes, but unfortunately I really miss one brush and that’s a blush brush. I like to use a separate brush for my blush and preferably one that is slightly angled.

I’m impressed with these brushes. The bristles are soft and have a luxurious fiber that picks up all the color pigments of eyeshadows very well. The great thing about the included makeup bag is that there’s still enough room left over to put in other makeup products.
