SKIN Karen van Ede

This guide is bundled in a beautiful hardcover book.

SKIN Karen van EdeInformation on the back of the book and of course a picture of the respected beauty guru.

SKIN Karen van EdeThe book is divided into 8 different chapters, this way you can directly go to the chapter that appeals to you the most, I would at least start with Chapter 1 And what skin type you have?because that’s s an important base to read before proceeding. In the back of the book is a handy register so that you can search for specific words in the book.

SKIN Karen van EdeThe book reads pretty easy and is full of facts about your skin and how to take care of it the best, both from outside and from within.

Through the whole book are beautiful pictures.

SKIN Karen van EdeWhat I like very much in this book is that there’s a list of leading cosmetics ingredients with explanation what it is and where it is good for, because let’s be honest, all these terms and ingredient lists on a product are sometimes an abracadrabra language.

SKIN Karen van EdeBesides many facts there’re also many tips per chapter in the book, some are indeed real eye openers.

Conclusion.

This book is highly recommended for anyone interested in skincare whether you have troubled skin with acne or bothered by the first wrinkles, there’s enough information for every skin type. It’s easy to read, there are some scientific facts but everything is clearly explained in “normal” language. A lot of attention is paid to the sun and the additional skin damage that can be involve with it and what you can do about those nasty pigment spots, also there’s some attention to cosmetic surgery and injectables, how all of this works and the effect of it is all told extensively. It is an instructive book that goes deeper into the ingredients that are in beauty products and the operation of it, also you learn what to eat / swallow for a more beautiful skin. Lots of information but airy described, in no time you will finish the book and have a wealth of information about your skin and what you should and should not do to keep it healthy and beautiful.
