Chicken and Broccoli, my kids love it, but just chicken, broccoli and rice or potatoes is also a bit boring. That's why I like to make casseroles out of it, that's also healthy and just a bit less boring (and much tastier). Chicken with Broccoli Casserole, I serve this dish with brown rice, but of course you can also add white rice or baked potatoes.
