The latest fragrance by Marc Jacobs you just want to have because of the beautiful bottle. Early in 2015 I wrote an article about my three favorite perfumes of that time including one of Marc Jacobs, Daisy with the cute daisies cap. Daisy is a perfume who most of us women know and the perfume is now also available in other variants, very fresh and feminine.
Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence Perfume.
Top designer Marc Jacobs has designed a completely different scent than we were used to. This fragrance is luxurious, sensual, hot and sexy. The scent is also heavier than the perfume Daisy and I personally love that. Marc Jacobs says about the smell: “A girl chooses to be decadent, she is not just decadent.” In 2015 Marc Jacobs designed the perfume Decadence and in September 2016 the successor Divine Decadence.
Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence is the latest, sparkling perfume of the original Decadence smell. This perfume is just as decadent only more vivid, lighter and more floral.
The photo above is from my Instagram Stories. The perfume comes in a luxurious looking bottle that has the shape of a handbag, a wink to the designs of Marc Jacobs. I read on some reviews on this perfume that some women find the bottle beautiful but clumsy. I personally have no problems with it. The bottle is looking beautiful between my other perfumes and my handbag is big enough to take this kind of bottles in it.

The bottle of the new fragrance Divine Decadence is almost the same as the original Decadence perfume. The bottle looks just a little fresher and the snake print is lighter. The perfume itself has a lighter shade of green.
Fragrance notes of the Divine Decadence: Champagne Extract, Orange Blossom, Creamy bergamot, Gardenia, Hydrangea, Honeysuckle, Saffron, Vanilla and Amber Liquid.
Fragrance notes of the original Decadence: Italian Plum, Iris Flower, Saffron, Bulgarian rose, Jasmine Sambac, Orris (Iris plant), Vetiver (Tropical grass), Papyrus Woods and Liquid Amber.
Conclusion.
Were you normally a fan of the sweet Daisy smells by Marc Jacobs then this new perfume is something quite different. Much more bold and feminine but definitely a nice change. And which woman isn’t a sucker for such a beautiful perfume bottle! The smell isn’t as strong as the first Decadence perfume and you have to apply it a second time of you want to smell it all day. I find it a surprising scent that you don’t expect from Marc Jacobs, but it’s very tasty. When you are looking for a new perfume with lots of sex appeal than this perfume is definitely recommended.
