Founders of HappySoaps, Marcel and Marco, have always been amazed about the fact that the shelves are full of plastic packaging for care products. In June of 2019 they started the cheerful and fresh brand HappySoaps. All HappySoaps products are handmade in the Netherlands in their own soap factory. I have been able to test 3 different HappySoaps products, two Shampoo Bars and mini Bath Bombs. As soon as you open the box made of recycled cardboard, you will meet a wonderful fresh scent.
The HappySoaps shampoo bars last 90 to 110 washes, which is equivalent to 3 to 4 plastic shampoo bottles. They are free from palm oil and contain only natural ingredients such as shea butter, quinoa and olive oil.
Shampoo Bar You’re One in a Melon
I immediately start with my favorite, this Shampoo Bar smells so incredibly good of melon and cherry flower! The scent immediately reminds you of summer and smells wonderfully sweet. Suitable for all hair types, best suited for dry hair, curly hair and frizzy hair. Due to the addition of melon, the Shampoo Bar also works as a conditioner. The nutrients in the juice of the melon provide hair strengthening and promote hair growth.
Shampoo Bar Purple Rain
The bar is named after Prince’s song for a reason, the lavender smelling bar has a relaxing effect and reminds you of this song. The bar provides a deep and nourishing cleaning and can also be used as a silver shampoo. Especially suitable for hair that is suffering from dandruff and greasy fast. Conclusion
Recently I discovered the use of Shampoo Bars and these from HappySoaps are by far a favorite in terms of fragrance alone. They lather well, which I think is important when washing my hair, and they clean my hair well. Because I dye my hair, I always use a conditioner after washing, but in principle I can also do without conditioner with these shampoo bars, they take care of my hair enormously and make my hair soft. I keep them in a soap dish so that they can dry properly.
