Did you know that when you often wash at 30 or 40 degrees, bacteria remain in the water of the washing machine? The story behind Wasparfum
Diana Strampel from Urk made a road trip through Italy with her family in 2017. At Lake Lago d’lseo they stayed in B&B Casa del Nonno in Adrara, where the scent of wonderfully scented laundry met them. After asking around where exactly this scent came from, it turned out to be a washing perfume from the brand Le Essenze di Elda (literally translated, the scent of Elza). Wasparfum was not yet available in the Netherlands at that time and in Urk they are now crazy about washing and cleaning, Diana’s interest was aroused. The founder of the brand, Elda, lost her job in the construction industry during the crisis in Italy. In 2015 she created a washing perfume based on water-soluble essential oils, super concentrated, non-greasy and the scent lingers in the laundry for a very long time. In 2018 Diana Strampel started her own webshop with no less than 22 different scents of washing perfume, you can also find other scented products here, such as a car perfume, interior and textile sprays, detergent and fabric softener, scent cards for your closet or suitcase and much more.
How to use
I myself have four washing perfumes, three textile sprays and a car perfume. You add the washing perfume to the laundry in addition to your detergent by adding a few drops to the sink. The textile spray based on propellant gas can also be used as an interior spray. You use the spray for curtains, fabrics, bedspreads and sofas, it does not leave stains and has a fine mist. Tip from Diana; use the spray in football boots. You apply the car perfume to the ventilation opening in your car, by increasing the airflow you also increase the intensity of the perfume.
