Rest assured, because this hemp plant is completely legal and in no sense addictive or mind-expanding. CBD oil through your coffee, tea or smoothie
In America, CBD has been popular for quite some time. You can order a coffee with CBD oil to go at the better coffee corners without blushing. CBD is also upcoming in the Netherlands. But there are not yet many coffee shops where you can get a CBD coffee. Fortunately, you can easily make it yourself. All you have to do is make your favorite cappuccino or coffee and add a few drops of CBD oil. Not a coffee lover? Then mix a few drops into a smoothie, mocktail or your favorite tea.
How do you dose CBD oil?
Because every person is different, we recommend starting with a low dose and building it up slowly until the desired result is achieved. In the beginning, for example, you can take a few drops 2-3 times a day, and then add a drop every day. The maximum dose depends on the CBD content, which is stated on each product.

Recipe for a CBD mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Jacob Hooy Hemp herbal drink
- Water
- Max 10 drops of Jacob Hooy CBD oil
- Mint leaf
- Lemon
- Lime
- Agave syrup
- Optional: ice cubes
Make (lukewarm) tea with the Jacob Hooy Hemp herbal drink. Let it cool. Pour the cooled tea into a cocktail glass. Add max. 10 drops of Jacob Hooy CBD oil to the drink. Season with a few sprigs of mint, slices of lemon and lime. Give the refreshing and healthy mocktail an extra sweet kick by adding agave syrup. Mix the drink well and enjoy! For real hot days you can of course put a few ice cubes in your glass.
