Liquid Matte Lipsticks, we can’t get enough of them. I got them from different brands and in different colors. Of course I have some favorites and the Huda Beauty Liquid Matte is one of them. The downside of most liquid lipsticks is that they can feel dry on your lips, the liquid lipsticks by Huda Beauty have this a lot less. The trick with any liquid lipstick, regardless of what brand, is to exfoliate and hydrate your lips first before applying the lipstick. When you moisturise your lips well before you apply a liquid lipstick you don’t suffer from a dry feeling and you don’t get dry lines on your lips.

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipstick.
The popular beautyblogger Hudda Kattan has a successful makeup line, including lip pencils with in the same color liquid matte lipsticks. In the pictures you can see the color Bombshell, my favorite nude color. This liquid lipstick is really a lightweight and you barely feel it on your lips. The colors of all these liquid lipsticks are deeply pigmented and the formula gives a beautiful matte finish. The color lasts all day and doesn’t stain.

GlamGlow ThirstyMud is intended as a mask for about 20 minutes but is also very well suited as a cream before bedtime or for in the plane. Let it sit all night or for the whole flight and wipe the last traces off with a tissue. Ideal for (extreme) dry skins and therefore also very suitable to moisturize your lips before you use a liquid lipstick that dries matte.
