Enjoyed your meal and drinks too much during the holidays? And then New Year’s yet to come!! Now you don’t need to go on a ridiculous strict diet, but try to apply the products below occassional in your lifestyle. Must succeed right?
Avocado, contains;
- Vitamin C (necessary for the overall vitality)
- Vitamin E (will at the formation of free radicals)
- Vitamin A (beneficial to eyesight, skin, gums and hair)
- Selenium (of great importance in the discharge from the body of toxic metals such as mercury)
- Zinc (necessary for the build-up of proteins in the body)
- Omega–3 fatty acids (reduce the risk of heart attack)
- Avocados are also a source of protein and contain good fats that your body needs.
