You start the detox with the Skinny Tea that you drink in the morning before you start your breakfast. If this doesn’t work for you and you don’t have enough time, just drink the tea as soon as possible. The Skinny Tea has no laxative effect and can therefore be used 1 to 3 times per day. This tea increases your energy, reduces your appetite and gives your metabolism a boost.
Use a tea filter or infuser with 1 teaspoon of Skinny Tea. Let it blend for 3 to 5 minutes. It’s not necessary to use a tea filter, the tea leaves are fine to drink and are full of fiber and nutrients.

Oolong, Yerba Mate, Lime leaf Extract, Lotus leaf, Ginger Root, Dandelion leaf and Rhubarb Root.

With the Colon Tea you start on the 2nd day of your detox. Drink the tea, every other day, just before you go to bed. This tea is already in a bag and you blend it for 1 to 3 minutes before you drink it. For a milder effect, remove the bag out of the water after 3 minutes. This tea has a laxative effect. It cleans organs and cleanses the digestive system of all toxins. This has a beneficial effect on your metabolism and gives a boost to your immune system.
Ingredients of the Teami Colon Tea:
Senna Leaf & Root, Hawthorn Berry Extract, Lotus Leaf, Lime Leaf & Extract, Psyllium Husk Seed, Phaseolus Calcaratus Seed, Rhubarb Root, Poria Cocos Stem Bark and Valerian Root.
Conclusion.
I always drink in the morning a glass of lukewarm lemon water on an empty stomach. Then I drink directly the Skinny Tea. The taste of the Skinny Tea is mild and similar to green tea. I like to drink green tea and find this tea therefore also tasty, but if you prefer your tea drink you can add a teaspoon of honey. It’s a good start of the day and gives, like my glass of lemon water, an energetic boost.
The Colon tea is the tea with the greatest effect. The taste is slightly heavier than the Skinny Tea but fine for me. I add nothing sweet to it. In the beginning don’t make (like me) the mistake to drink this tea mid-evening because you will be on the toilet a couple of times in the middle of the night. Drink the tea just before you go to bed and the next morning when you wake up you feel the cramps. Not a very pleasant subject but number two is getting done several times in the morning. Also nice and especially important to me, excess air is getting out so my bloating is much less.
The Colon Tea is a tea that I definitely will buy for yourself. Purely for the days that I have too much to eat or drink and when my belly starts to bloat again.
