Transparent make-up bags are the invention of the century (at least for me). If anything, I hate it when I have to seek through my makeup bag for a lip gloss or tweezers (it’s always on the bottom of course), I don’t have the patience for it.
With these transparent make-up bags by MAC you immediately see where everything is. They aren’t very big and therefore ideal for your handbag, you can’t complete stuff them as you might be used to with your current make-up bag, it’s not getting any prettier, it’s a flat design and intended for a small number of articles.
What I personally, in addition to these transparent make-up bags, always put in my handbag is the clutch who came with my last bought Zoeva brush set. Which is quite large and convenient to put in larger make-up products (large powder brush, powder, nail polish and suchlike).
MAC Clear Bag Set is a set of 2 simple rectangular bags, a large one for several make-up items and a smaller one which is very useful, for example, if you want to take a number of brushes with you. Both have a plastic zipper seal. 
This is the large make-up bag and measures 9.5 inches by 5.8 inches.

The small bag measures 9.5 inches by 3.11 inches. Ideal for a few brushes.
I find these bags by MAC easy to use, I always take them in my handbag, but you can also use them at home of course to keep your most used makeup together and in store.
