You can use the most luxurious creams so faithful, but if you forget to take care of yourself from the inside it doesn’t do much at all. Beautyfoods (also called Superfoods) become very popular the last few years and now you can simply buy them in most supermarkets. A while ago these superfoods weren’t so positive in the news because some people think that you no longer have to eat vegetables or fruits besides these superfoods. This is nonsense of course, superfoods are like nutritional supplements to your diet and no substitute. There are many superfoods that will give you a radiant skin and that are very healthy for you, personally I like to use Hemp Seed, Chia seed and Wheatgrass, I switch these 3 Beautyfoods in the morning and add them in my yogurt or in my smoothie.

Beautyfood Hemp Seed.
Uuuhh no, don’t worry, Hemp Seed will not make you high, it doesn’t fall under illegal drugs and you can buy it almost anywhere. Hemp Seed has a nutty flavor and is delicious in your yogurt, smoothie or your salad. Along with Chia Seed it’s the number one superfood because it’s packed with vitamins and minerals such as, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E, magnesium, potassium, iron and copper, it also contains 8 essential amino acids that the body doesn’t produce itself but you should get in through your food, last it contains much fiber and high quality protein and oils (omega 3,6 and 9).
From all that good, you get a beautiful skin, especially the omega oils are good for a sallow complexion and wrinkles, they nourish your skin from within and restore wounds also much faster, your energy level and immune system gets a boost, but also your digestion by the many fibers. Omega 3, 6 and 9 oils are also found in oily fish, but mostly farmed fish can contain heavy metals so Hemp Seed is a healthy alternative.
Beautyfood Chia Seed.
Like I said this superfood comes number one along with Hemp Seed because this seed is also packed with vitamins and minerals. The taste of Chia Seed is neutral and works just fine in your smoothie, soup or yogurt, the seeds will get soft and weak, that way they are good for your intestines digest. In Chia Seed is vitamin A, B17, folic acid, calcium, potassium, magnesium, omega 3 fatty acids, proteins, selenium, iron and also a lot of fibers. The calcium contained in Chia Seed is 5x as much as in semi-skimmed milk and the omega 3 fatty acids are much more than in a piece of salmon. Chia Seed is also full of antioxidants, the miracle cure for wrinkles, the antioxidants in Chia Seed work against aging of the skin and organs, but also the vitamins and minerals provide for or a better condition of your skin. Because Chia Seed also contains al lot of (vegetable) protein it’s very suitable for vegetarians. Fact for us women; Chia Seed helps balance your blood Sugar that in turn keeps our hormones in balance.
For pregnant women and people who are on blood thinners, it’s wise to first inform your doctor before you use Chia Seed (daily), even though it‘s very healthy Chia Seed also makes your blood thin and it can affect your blood pressure.
Beautyfood Wheatgrass.
Also with Wheatgrass I have another long list of vitamins and minerals for you, as it contains vitamins A, B complex, B12, C, and K, the minerals iron, potassium, phosphorus potassium, magensium, sodium and zinc. There’s so much in one shot of wheatgrass that you already have 90% of your daily vitamin and minerals you need. Wheatgrass cleanses your blood, which of course is good for a smooth skin without pimples.Wheatgrass is available in different shapes, personally I use Wheatgrass Powder, here the grass is dried and ground to powder without the vitamins and minerals are lost, the powder is easily mixed with water or processed into your smoothie and yogurt.
