Jennifer Lopez is one of the ambassadors of the brand L’Oréal Paris and is the face of the new False Lash Superstar Red Carpet Black mascara, an intense sequel to the False Lash Superstar mascara. This new mascara has a blue undertone for an intense deep black color on your lashes. I believe that L’Oréal always has very nice mascaras, with the Telescopic as a favorite, and I’m therefore looking forward to this new addition.

This mascara promises Red Carpet worthy long and full lashes with an intense black color. L’Oreal has more mascaras in the range with two steps, first a primer and then the mascara itself, and personally I think it works nice.
Step 1 is the primer. Its white in color and ensures that your lashes have a lot of volume. This step thickens your lashes and the brush grabs every hair.
Step 2 is the extremely black mascara, this step gives length to your lashes, you dont have to wait for the primer to dry before applying this layer. The brush is slightly curved for a lifting effect
Conclusion.
This mascara gives me enough volume and length, not too extreme, but just right. Because the mascara doesn’t get hard but remains flexible it’s nice to build up in several layers, but I certainly needed 3 layers for a good result. Very important, this mascara doesnt affect your eyelids during the day, something that always bothers me very much when a mascara gives off. The mascara isn’t waterproof but remains quite nicely without stains. Also you don’t have to be afraid that you will continue to see the white primer because the second black layer covers everything completely. I think it’s a fine mascara, my previous mascara was the by the brand Collistar, a bit more expensive and not nearly as nice as this mascara because it unfortunately didn’t gave enough volume.
