I thought it was about time for a nice tag, I came accross the 40 Beauty Questions Tagline on several Beauty Blogs, think it’s a nice tag to take over and fill in.

How many times a day you wash your face?

Twice a day. In the morning I only cleans/wash my face with a Micellar water and in the evening with a face wash, occasionally in combination with my Clarisonic Mia 2. 

What is your skin type (oily, dry …)?

I’ve combination skin, fortunately I didn’t prone to breakouts, but I do shine fast. 

Which face wash you use at the moment?

At the moment I use the Perricone MD Citrus Facial Wash, it contains Vitamin C and cleanses my skin very well without drying out my skin, highly recommended.

Do you scrub?


I scrub my face 1x a week, I scrub my body actually too little, good intention to do that more in 2016.

What brand do you use for it?

At the moment I’m a testing a nice scrub for the face of the brand STARSKIN, which works with an exfoliating sponge. Once a week I use an exfoliant tonic with 10% AHA by Paula’s Choice.

What day cream do you use?


Very bad, but I’m not very good in using a day cream, but I always use a foundation with SPF in it.

Do you have freckles?


Nope.

Do you use an eye cream?

Not at the moment, I use a good night cream by Paula’s Choice which is also suitable for the eye area.

Did you or did you have an acne-prone skin?

As a teenager I certainly had pimples, now happily hardly anymore.

Have you ever used ProActiv?

Nope.

What foundation do you use?

 Cover Expert By Terry with SPF 15, in the color Vanilla Beige.

And which concealer?

Lock-it concealer by Kat Von D.

Do you know what your undertone color is?

I’ve a yellowish undertone.

What do you think of fake eyelashes?

Very nice on others, but for myself I find it too much.

Did you know that mascara officially remains good only for 3 months?

Yep.

What brand of mascara do you use?

Different, my favorite is Dior, but at the moment I use a mascara by Rimmel.

Sephora or MAC?

Sephora no doubt.

Do you have a Mac Pro Card?

As a model you can apply for one, but I never did.

Which make up tools do you use for applying your makeup?

I’ve a nice brush set of Zoeva.

Do you use a base or primer for the eyes?

No, I hardly use any eyeshadow.

And for the face?

Yep the Benefit POREFessional primer.

What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?

I’ve blue eyes and therefore I think copper and bronze colors are very beautiful.

Do you use liquid liner or a pencil?

Liquid liner. 

How often do you prick yourself in the eyes with an eye pencil?

Never happened.

What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?

In photographs I think they always have a nice effect, but personally I never use them.

Do you use mineral makeup?

Not aware.

What is your favorite lipstick?

NARS Audacious lipstick, in the color Natalie. I also like the Too Faced Melted lipsticks a lot, the color Melted Pony is a pretty soft pink color. 

And lipgloss?

Bobbi Brown Illuminating Nudes Lipgloss in the color Buff is one of my favorites because this natural color is beautiful for every day.

What is your favorite blush?

That still is the color Orgasm by NARS.

Did you ever purchase make up on Ebay?

No never.

Do you like drugstore make up?

Yes!

Do you ever go to CCO’s? (Cosmetic Company Outlets)

Nope.

Have you ever considered taking make up classes?

Not really.

Are you clumsy when applying make up?

I’m certainly not a make-up artist ;).

What make up mistake do you think is terrible?

Too dark foundation.

Do you like colorful make up (lips and eyes) or rather neutral tones?

I like colored lips a lot, for my eyes I’d rather keep it neutral.

Which celebrity has often beautiful make up?

Jessica Alba.

If you could leave the house with only one make-up item, what would it be?

Mascara.

Do you ever leave your house without make up on?

No. I’m too vain for that.

Do you think you look good even without make up?

Yes I do, but I just think I look better with make up on.

What do you think is the best make up line?


By Terry has the best foundations and NARS the best lipsticks. At the moment I’m also impressed with the make up line of Kat Von D.
