The catering season has started again and then we are all eager to go on the terrace. On warm and sunny days, a parasol is a must-have on a terrace, creating a shaded spot in the heat is the best way to enjoy yourself on a terrace during warm and sun-drenched days. I find nothing more enjoyable than sitting on the terrace with friends with a glass of wine and good food. Now I am a huge sun worshiper, but on the terrace that is not always possible. A parasol is also a must-have for at home in your garden. You have so much choice here. There are, for example, floating parasols that you can place a little further from your garden furniture so that no one is bothered by the parasol pole. The shape is also something to think about, do you go for a round parasol (with six or eight corners) or rather a rectangular or square one. Floating parasols can be rotated and tilted so that you can sit out of the sun at any time of the day.
