NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation

I swear for a long time now at the foundations of By Terry, especially the Sheer Expert is fantastic (there will be a review soon), despite that I had my eye on the latest foundation of NARS for a while, the NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation. When it comes to blush and lip gloss NARS is one of my favorite brands, I only had never tried a foundation of NARS, when NARS came with this new foundation I tested it.

NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation.

The packaging is typical NARS, black with white letters. The foundation is 30ml.

The ingredients, the foundation doesn’t contain any oil.

I have the foundation in the color Medium 3 Stromboli, this is actually just a little too dark for my skin, but after I used my powder to fixate everything the color is pretty good. The All Day Luminous Weightless foundation comes in 20 colors, from very light to dark. For every skin color there is a foundation, the beauty is that the undertones of the skin are mentioned by each NARS foundation, so you know better which color to choose. There is a foundation if you have a pink undertone, yellow undertones golden undertone, peach undertone, olive undertone, caramel undertone, red undertone and espresso undertone. Per undertone varied from light, medium to dark.

The bottle is beautiful, sleek and with thick glass, a pity is that you never get the bottle completely empty.

Shake well before use, this foundation is in fact quite thin.

The foundation has a pump, so you can dose better.

The color Medium 3 Stromboli for a skin with olive undertone, I have a bit of a tanned skin, but this color is still just a little too dark for me and looks to yellow on my skin

What the foundation promise.

A lightweight foundation with good coverage that stays well for 16 hours, all with just one drop.

Conclusion.

After a bit of for transparent powder the color is pretty good. You really only need a little bit so this foundation is economical in use. The foundation is thin and therefore you absolutely don’t feel it on your skin, is highly pigmented and covers all imperfections very well. Stays well all day and looks natural. However I’m going to shine with this foundation slightly faster than my trusted foundation of By Terry. Advice is to apply this foundation with your fingers for a good result. I will definitely purchase this foundation again (in the correct color this time).
