Boscia Charcoal MakeUp Melter

In my previous blog post I talked about an exfoliant cleanser by Cinique which I love to use in the morning to prep my skin. To remove my makeup at night, I first use a makeup cleanser and then the exfoliant cleanser. Usually I use a face wash in the shower but this time I have tried the latest facial cleanser of Boscia, this is not a foaming face wash but a cleansing oil-balm.

This cleansing oil-balm melts on your skin and thoroughly removes all makeup. The oil-balm is especially good for cleaning your mascara, even waterproof mascara goes off easily.

Boscia oil-balm is suitable for all skin types, is very mild and has a moisturizing effect. With the cleansing oil balm comes a small spatula so that you can get the product out of the jar in a hygienic way.

How to use.

  • Put a small amount on your fingers using the spatula.
  • Apply to dry skin and massage for 1 to 2 minutes with circular movements.
  • Add a little water so that the cleanser becomes milky and rinse your skin.
  • Rinse the spatula after each use.

Key ingredients.

  • Activated Bamboo Charcoal; detoxifies pores, absorbs toxins and impurities and has a deep cleansing quality without irritating.
  • Binchotan White Charcoal Powder; keeps the skin in balance by hydrating it optimal.
  • Sunflower oil; neutralizes bacteria and prevents clogged pores.

Good to know, it doesn’t contain:

  • Parabenen
  • Sulfaten
  • Ftalaten
  • Preservatives
  • Fragrances and dyes
  • Ethanol Alcohol

Conclusion.

Charcoal functions as a kind of magnet which attracts dirt and oil. I only have to use a small amount of this oil-balm one time to remove all makeup and mascara. With a normal face wash I often cleanse may face twice to remove the last traces of mascara. It may get used to apply it on dry skin but it works just great. My skin feels wonderfully supple, soft and very clean. Tip; massage the oil-balm briefly in your hands, so that the formula is warm and more liquid.
