I’m a big fan of lip gloss and lip care by Clarins, beautiful colors that also take care of your lips at the same time. Clarins has something new right now, a lip oil, this nourishing lip oil is available in two variants, 01 Honey and 02 Raspberry, 01 Honey doesn’t give any color on the lips, only a beautiful gloss, o1 Raspberry gives a touch of red on the lips and I’v tested this one.

Clarins Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil.

The caring lip oil 01 Raspberry has a sweet smell, comes in a beautiful glass jar with gold colored cap and has a volume of 7ml.  

The applicator is much bigger than you are normally used from a lip gloss but works very fine and is very soft. 

A lip oil is something different and completely new in beauty,  I’m a fan. It gives the effect of a lip gloss and is full of nourishing ingredients that make your lips soft and moisturize. Clarins is using essential oils and nourishing plant extracts in their beauty products for a while now, think of the popular facial oils by Clarins, they included these oils in their latest lip care.

The ingredients. Hazelnut oil, an oil that’s included in all the face oils by Clarins, this oil is known for its soothing and calming effect. Jojoba oil that nourishes and moisturizes your lips.

Conclusion.

A nice subtle gloss that accentuates the color of my lips, ideal to wear by itself or along with a nice lipstick. This lip care doesn’t stick and feels pleasant on the lips, it doesn’t feel in any case as a greasy oil. With a normal lipgloss I sometimes feel that I need to put it on again because my lips feel dry after a while, I don’t have that feeling with this lip care at all. The lip oil is long lasting on your lips and once it’s off your lips, your lips will still feel moisturized, although we’re approaching summer, this lip oil will be quite fantastic during the winter months, bye, bye chapped lips.
